Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily inventory logs and logistics operations during weekend shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, resolving inquiries with a premium customer-first approach.
- Assist in the processing of incoming shipments and preparation for the upcoming work week.
- Maintain accurate digital records and data entry for operational reporting.
- Collaborate with the full-time staff to ensure seamless transition and communication between shifts.
- Ensure the workspace meets all safety and compliance standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associateās degree or technical certification preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is a strong asset.
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to Houston, PA.
- Proficient in using standard computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
