Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory audits and restocking.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace in accordance with company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium weight items.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
