Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Stock merchandise on shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishing stock as required.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable transportation is required.
