Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to drive sales.
- Operations: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions with speed and precision.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management processes during the weekend rush.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure store goals are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for scheduled shifts.
