Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across dining, event, and concierge operations
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards in all service areas
- Process transactions using POS systems and handle cash management
- Support inventory control and stock replenishment during weekend shifts
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- NYC Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
