Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts (10am-6pm)
- Lead and motivate part-time associates with positive coaching
- Ensure exceptional customer service across all touchpoints
- Oversee inventory management and merchandising standards

- Maintain safety compliance and store cleanliness

Qualifications
