Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival at the venue.
- Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of weekend events and promotional activities.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the team to drive sales and ensure high guest satisfaction scores.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed during the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in retail or events is preferred.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tucson location.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new procedures quickly.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, as events are held outdoors.
