Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision, including data entry and system updates.
- Interact professionally with customers and team members to resolve inquiries and provide support.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Assist in the preparation and management of inventory and stock levels during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily performance metrics and targets.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle returns efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Must be available to work alternating Saturdays and Sundays, with no conflicts on scheduled shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
