Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans for assigned patientsAdminister medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care progress accurately
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and weekend leadership
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Participate in weekend quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Weekend shift availability mandatory
- Electronic health record proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
