Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end machine learning pipelines, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance for 2026 workloads.
- Lead the technical strategy for our proprietary LLM ecosystem, driving innovation in generative AI capabilities.
- Define architectural patterns and coding standards to guide a team of senior engineers and researchers.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and mentorship for high-performing engineering teams.
- Partner with product leadership to translate business objectives into robust technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the integration of edge computing and cloud infrastructure to optimize latency and throughput.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems design.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional technical teams.
