Responsibilities

- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives focusing on emergent behaviors in AI, exploring new paradigms for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Model Optimization: Optimize inference speeds and reduce computational costs using techniques like model distillation and quantization.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, fairness, and transparency to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, aligning short-term deliverables with long-term visionary goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Specialized Knowledge: Extensive experience with Transformer architectures, Diffusion models, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems at massive scale with high availability.
- Creativity: A 'first-principles' thinker who challenges the status quo and isn't afraid to experiment with unproven technologies.
