Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Spearhead the design of scalable, distributed systems tailored for high-performance AI workloads and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Technical Vision & Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and integrating them into our product ecosystem.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Drive architectural improvements to enhance system reliability, reduce latency, and optimize resource utilization for massive data throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and researchers to translate abstract 2026-era requirements into concrete, executable technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or principal engineering role.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
- Core Competencies: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Integration: Proven track record of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning frameworks into production systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect resilient systems capable of handling edge cases and rapid scaling.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to stakeholders.
