Responsibilities
- Define the Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and technical execution of Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of complex, scalable distributed systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives into emerging technologies, including predictive AI and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Team Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think several steps ahead and anticipate future technological trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical ideas to non-technical executives.
