Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Project 2026, ensuring scalability and performance for future demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, AI researchers, and UX designers to integrate next-gen solutions.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with industry standards and internal governance policies.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes to accelerate the development lifecycle.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Proven expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and edge computing is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from concept to deployment in a fast-paced environment.
