Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead the integration of quantum processors with classical machine learning pipelines
- Design fault-tolerant neural networks optimized for quantum hardware constraints
- Develop novel cryptographic protocols for secure quantum-encrypted communications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum machine learning best practices
- Drive innovation through R&D partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers
- Implement continuous optimization of quantum AI training workflows
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level AI/ML systems at scale
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Proficiency with distributed computing architectures (Kubernetes, Spark)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Strong background in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch ecosystems
- Experience with AWS Braket or Azure Quantum cloud platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from concept to deployment
