Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms optimized for AI workloads
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Integrate quantum processors with cloud AI platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Validate quantum advantage through benchmarking against classical systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Published work in quantum machine learning or error correction
- Experience with GPU-accelerated classical ML (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Security clearance eligibility (government contracts)
