Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Create optimization algorithms leveraging quantum advantage in machine learning pipelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum-enhanced AI solutions
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum hardware for AI integration
- Establish industry standards for quantum AI security and governance
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum-computing fundamentals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (e.g., IBM Q, Rigetti)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., QKD, QKD-CA)
- Experience securing $5M+ in quantum research funding
