Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for real-time AI model optimization
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks operating at 99.9% fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum processors with distributed computing infrastructure
- Publish research in top-tier journals (Nature Quantum, IEEE Quantum) and present at conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype next-gen quantum AI accelerators
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum error correction
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures or photonic quantum systems
