Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures for next-gen computational systems
- Develop algorithms that optimize quantum machine learning models for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum processors with neural network frameworks
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence effects in AI training pipelines
- Create documentation and protocols for quantum-AI system deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum-compatible AI accelerators
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum algorithms and machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or related fields
- Expertise in high-performance computing architectures
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to deployment
