Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid AI architectures using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks at scale
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum gate operations for ML workloads
- Create real-time quantum inference pipelines for enterprise AI applications
- Lead research on quantum-enhanced reinforcement learning frameworks
- Document quantum algorithm performance benchmarks and publish findings
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware
- Expertise in Python with quantum libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Strong background in information theory and quantum error correction
- Published research in quantum machine learning or related fields
