We are seeking a Quantum AI Lead Engineer to architect the next generation of artificial intelligence systems. As we approach the pivotal year of 2026, Aetheria Technologies is pioneering the convergence of quantum mechanics and deep learning to solve problems previously deemed unsolvable.

Responsibilities
- Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms tailored for complex optimization and machine learning tasks.
- Research Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to bridge the gap between theoretical quantum physics and practical software engineering.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performance team of researchers, data scientists, and quantum engineers.
- Hardware Collaboration: Work closely with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit execution and error correction protocols.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap for our quantum AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in quantum computing research or development, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum software frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud computing architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their quantum offerings.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and technical teams.
