Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning frameworks for complex problem-solving
- Lead research in quantum neural networks and quantum-enhanced reinforcement learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum algorithms for real-world deployment
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers and drive quantum-AI curriculum development initiatives
- Secure federal and private research funding through compelling proposals
- Bridge theoretical quantum physics with practical AI applications in healthcare and logistics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Strong background in deep learning architectures (transformers, GNNs)
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed quantum systems
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
