Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural networks for real-time cognitive augmentation systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for autonomous decision optimization
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants through DARPA and NSF quantum initiatives
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Quantum and IEEE Transactions
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Translate theoretical quantum advantage into commercial applications for healthcare and logistics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 5+ years industry research experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum/AI journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and NISQ algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and D-Wave quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record securing government/industry research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and hardware constraints
- Experience with neuromorphic computing architectures (Loihi, TrueNorth)
