Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent-tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Demonstrated experience leading R&D teams in high-stakes technical environments
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical commercial applications
