- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to pioneer new cognitive enhancement standards
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Neuroscience, or equivalent
- 5+ years leading quantum AI research with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in quantum error correction and neural mapping algorithms
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of neuroplasticity and consciousness studies
- Experience with D-Wave and IBM quantum systems
