Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning architectures

- Secure $2M+ in DARPA/NASA research grants
- Mentor PhD interns in quantum computational theory
- Develop IP strategy for 15+ patent applications/year
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of high-impact ML research (NeurIPS/ICML)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with GPU acceleration
- Experience securing government research funding
