Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects integrating quantum computing with neural networks
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI hardware-software co-design
- Secure patents and intellectual property for proprietary quantum-AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and foster an innovative lab culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, Physics, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's) and quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong publication record in top-tier venues (Nature, Science, NeurIPS, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing frameworks
