Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics and optimization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum AI solutions for finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in quantum computing methodologies
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum AI accelerators
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and Python-based ML libraries
- Published research in quantum computing or AI at top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, QIP)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
