Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for AI applications
- Develop quantum machine learning models for optimization and pattern recognition
- Lead research projects in quantum neural networks and quantum computing architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
