Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI model optimization at scale
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop next-gen quantum neural networks
- Conduct advanced research in quantum cryptography for secure AI systems
- Develop proprietary quantum simulation frameworks for industrial applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-AI hardware interfaces

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or AI with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and quantum circuit design
- Published record in Nature/Science or equivalent-tier journals
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
