Responsibilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI algorithms for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum neural networks and error correction
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI integration
- Secure $5M+ in NSF/DARPA grants for quantum-AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates and publish top-tier research papers
- Develop patent portfolios protecting quantum-AI innovations
- Present findings at global conferences including IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 3+ years research
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq and TensorFlow/PyTorch frameworks
- Experience with superconducting quantum processors (IBM/Google)
- Strong background in quantum error correction protocols
- Proven grant-writing success for federal research funding
- Patent experience in quantum or AI domains
- Ability to work in cleanroom environments
