Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for AI integration in cryptography and optimization systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models for real-world applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum computing protocols on D-Wave and IBM systems
- Author whitepapers and patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Experience with NISQ hardware and error mitigation techniques
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ quantum algorithm implementations
