Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-neural algorithms for unsolvable computational problems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing error-corrected quantum processors
- Architect next-gen AI frameworks optimized for quantum advantage
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from DARPA and NSF initiatives
- Author white papers for Nature Physics and IEEE Transactions
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum machine learning
- Validate prototypes on IBM Quantum and Rigetti systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or AI/ML (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum circuit development (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published work in quantum machine learning or topological qubits
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum annealing
- Experience securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
