Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum AI architectures integrating QPUs, GPUs, and neuromorphic processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical ML frameworks for real-world optimization problems
- Lead quantum algorithm implementation for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum neural network pipelines
- Research quantum-enhanced reinforcement learning for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI accelerator chips
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Quantum and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and ML frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Experience with quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant designs
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Track record of leading technical teams in R&D environments
