Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise-scale AI applications
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms optimized for 2026-era hardware constraints
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum neural networks
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Research and mitigate quantum security vulnerabilities in AI pipelines
- Create simulation environments for quantum-AI hybrid system performance benchmarking
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical architectures into commercial roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and error correction techniques
- Proven track record designing large-scale distributed AI systems (>10M users)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy principles and NISQ-era limitations
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on quantum machine learning
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., QKD implementation)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through ambiguous technological transitions
