Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical AI systems for real-time optimization problems
- Develop error-corrected quantum neural networks achieving 10,000-qubit coherence
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors with >99.99% gate fidelity
- Create quantum-safe encryption protocols for post-quantum internet infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and hardware specialists
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals with 2026 industry impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms with 20+ qubit systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
