Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing hardware projects
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and their practical applications
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into commercial solutions
