Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits and algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists in quantum system integration
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum architectures capable of achieving quantum advantage by 2026
- Drive research in quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Establish industry partnerships for quantum technology deployment and standardization
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading quantum technology R&D projects with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ions, photonics)
