Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems

- Lead quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 100+ qubit stability
- Create roadmaps for quantum advantage in machine learning and computational chemistry
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum principles and implementation strategies
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and surface code implementations
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms with real-world applications
- Familiarity with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and hardware interfaces
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
