Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and error correction protocols
- Design hybrid quantum-classical systems for practical industry deployment
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with government and academic partners on quantum standards development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or equivalent industry breakthroughs
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Strong background in complex system architecture and distributed computing
