Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications

- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-encrypted communications
- Present quantum roadmap to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through technical workshops
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Track record of delivering quantum MVPs in production environments
