Responsibilities
- Design and develop quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead quantum system architecture design integrating superconducting qubits and photonic processors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into quantum solutions
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence and error correction mechanisms
- Develop quantum software frameworks compatible with existing classical infrastructure

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industry deployment
