Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into hardware implementations
- Collaborate with AI research teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning frameworks
- Drive innovation in quantum cryptography systems for post-quantum security
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Mastery of quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and dilution refrigerators
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ in research grants
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Patent portfolio with 3+ granted quantum computing patents
