Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise optimization problems
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Collaborate with security teams to build quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks
- Translate complex quantum physics concepts into implementable engineering solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum system development
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation tools
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
