Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Develop error mitigation protocols for 100+ qubit quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum theory to practical solutions
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Proven track record of developing production-ready quantum algorithms
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
