Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols targeting 100+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor integration
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years designing quantum algorithms with demonstrated scalability
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
