Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits for cryptography and optimization problems
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Architect hybrid classical-quantum computing systems
- Lead research on quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit stabilization
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum software engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Physics (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes
- Publication in Nature Quantum Information or equivalent
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Strong Python/C++ programming for quantum simulations
- Security clearance eligibility (for government projects)
