Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for error correction and fault tolerance at scale
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists and engineers on quantum hardware integration
- Develop proprietary quantum-secure cryptographic protocols for enterprise clients
- Partner with NASA, IBM Research, and MIT on quantum simulation projects
- Secure $10M+ in government grants for quantum R&D initiatives
- Present breakthrough findings at Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing with published research in Nature/Science
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Track record of securing government quantum research grants
