Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging QIP, superconducting qubits, and topological systems
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization, cryptography, and molecular modeling
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise deployment
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to advance qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Drive quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography integration
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge quantum programming languages
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum conferences
- Mastery of quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST Post-Quantum Standardization)
