Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to enhance qubit coherence times and gate fidelities
- Create quantum software development frameworks for non-specialist developers
- Conduct research in quantum error correction and topological qubit systems
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum computing architecture
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum computing platforms
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Track record of translating theoretical quantum concepts into practical applications
